With this hedge element you get an evergreen, living plant in your garden that can serve as a natural boundary between you and the neighbour. In autumn, the green hornbeam produces a crisp, green and yellow foliage that persists through the winter. Prune the Carpinus betulus once a year so that it retains the brown foliage in winter. The already withered leaves also have an important task: they provide the soil with the most important nutrients. The hornbeam can be planted in any soil. It is very decorative because of the pointed leaf buds from which fine leaf veins grow. If you want a beautiful, dense hedge, prune the dense hedge preferably between May and August.
Delivery of the hedge element hornbeam :
Carpinus betulus consists of 4 densely grown plants in the size 100 (length) x 40 (width) x 120 cm (height). The plants have already had several years of good and careful care and have been pruned regularly. As a result, they have developed an unusually strong root system, which has also been regularly pruned. The hedge is supplied in a biodegradable box that can be planted at the same time and will decompose by itself. You can also purchase the hedge element in decorative planters made of wood, steel or polystone. You will receive a free drip system for irrigation with every hedge.
Note: Due to the size and weight (150 kg per element), the elements must be delivered by a forwarding agent.
