Grandiflora - a snow white wonder
&Overwhelming, beautiful blooms
The upright growing panicle hydrangea Grandiflora looks like it was invented for a wedding! It produces beautiful, huge white flowers that sway back and forth over large, green, heart-shaped leaves. You almost expect to find a white castle with a sleeping Snow White behind it! The flowers are long-lasting, fragrant and take on a light pink shimmer in autumn. The panicle hydrangea Grandiflora is just as impressive as a solitary plant as it is as a flowering hedge in a group. Bees, bumblebees and butterflies love hydrangeas planted in a sunny position. Hydrangea paniculata Grandiflora likes light - plant hydrangeas in sunny or semi-shade and sheltered from the wind - then they will develop the most flowers. If Hydrangea paniculata Grandiflora is given this optimal location, it will grow well in normal garden soil or rhododendron soil in height (up to 200 centimetres) and width (up to three metres)
Wonderfully picturesque by the garden pond
The panicle hydrangea Grandiflora is very picturesque in the park, courtyard, Japanese garden by the lily pond, play garden by water courses, in the garden centre, on the patio, under a pergola and as an ornamental hedge. In Russia, China and Japan, the übliche panicle hydrangea location is often in forest clearings, with nutritious and moist soil. The ornamental shrub needs regular watering in full sun, as water evaporates through its large flowers. Give it some hydrangea fertiliser or rhododendron fertiliser from May to July. If you buy a panicle hydrangea, choose a spot for it that is not right next to Bäumen. Hydrangea paniculata Grandiflora can be pruned back in spring and the buds will form in autumn for the next year! Faded flowers can be pinched off with a finger, do not cut them off! Left on the bush until spring, hydrangeas, planted in a sunny position, make exquisite dried flower arrangements.
Royal hydrangea, irrigation
From July to September, the panicle hydrangea Grandiflora blooms unabashedly and also looks royal in flower vases. Grandiflora" is the Italian name for large flowers. Are your hydrangeas in a sunny position and you are going away for a few days in summer and cannot water them? Place a plastic pot with a small hole next to them so that some water constantly drips through to the roots. For a balcony plant, fill a plastic bottle, drill a small hole or two in the lid and insert the bottle upside down into the pot. Hydrangea paniculata Grandiflora shines in a natural garden or pot with pink or blue garden hibiscus. Also with pink Rhododendron Grandiflorum it is a feast for the eyes in the rhododendron garden, city garden or pot garden. It tolerates urban climates excellently.
